Bill Dee

Bill Dee, the company's director, founded CCAS with the intention of delivering a unique and exceptional service. His commitment to effective compliance and complaints handling systems has seen him work both with and for some of Australia's leading companies and has assisted him in bringing to his clients effective results.

A little history

After he finished working with the ACCC (where he worked for over 20 years) Bill realised that he had always harbored a desire to innovate and advise in the fields of Compliance and Complaints Handling.

Bill has spent many years working in the field of Compliance and Complaints Handling, but his knowledge and understanding of the field has seen him both innovate and define it.

  • He was the architect of the Australian Standard on Compliance Programs
  • He chaired the Standards Australia committee that drafted the standard, and also the committee that reviewed it
  • He was foundation President of the Association of Compliance Professionals now known as the Australasian Compliance Institute of which he was made a Fellow in the year of 2003
  • He has written and given numerous presentations on compliance
  • He chaired the committee that drafted the international standard on complaints handling (ISO 10002)
  • He is author of the Standards Australia handbook on complaints handling  and given many presentations  on the topic
